 Omg where has the time gone? Feels like I’ve been doing this low carb for years. It’s only Day 7. Can’t really make up my Google photos when I had all these food. Had this for lunch yesterday after a 16 hour fast. It’s so goood! Bought the Caesar’s Salad from the cafe for RM10 and extra chicken from the warong at RM10 with lots of vegetables and tomatoes. So delish!  This was my lunch on Friday. Had to go to the nearest TNB to close two electricity accounts. It was smooth sailing!  My endocrinologist says I can only take wraps from Subway. So filling! Now let’s see how I eat on Merdeka Day!

 Sorry! I forgot to update my dinner last night. I had a spaghetti vongole and Proof’s Greek Salad 🀀 Sooooo good 🀀🀀🀀    And also.. Azlyn had this  This is yums too 😹 I might have gone overboard with the pasta but I started my Intermittent Fasting window on time! 8:00 p.m. till 12:30 p.m. today. And for linch, Aidi treated me Nutmeg’s Pan something Chicken πŸ—  Oh my sooo good!  Thank you Aidi ! Forgot my other meals; the snacks and dinner tonight ☹️ But i think i failed dinner. Till tomorrow ❤️🀍
